Hot summer days bring with them cravings for frozen ice cream treats. But, if you’re trying to live a healthy lifestyle, cooling down with a big bowl of Rockie Road when the temperature hits 90 degrees isn’t going to work. That doesn’t mean you have to forgo all things sweet and refreshing, though. Here are 5 recipes for sweet and healthy smoothies so that you’ll have a satisfying treat for each day of the week (which will really come in handy in July and August).
